Case Study - Motogear.cc E-Commerce Site
Searchlight were delighted to be commissioned to design, create and now maintain the massive Motogear.cc E-Commerce site. Taken from initial design discussions with the client, through to delivering a full Content Managed website; Searchlight delivered a solution bespoke to the clients exact requirements.
Powered by a database back-end, the client is able to manage all aspects of the site. He can add new products, edit existing products, create special offers that go live instantly, view and amend orders, manage mailing lists and much more. All from within his administration section of the site.
For the customer, they get a feature rich and easy to use website, that interacts direct with a credit card merchant system (ProTX & Lloyds TSB). They have their own account that they can log into and manage, viewing previous orders etc. Order email emails sent direct from banking systems are formatted and sent onto customers, all in real time.
